Somewhere in La Mancha, in a place whose name I do not care to forget, a family of bakers made a dream come true, to exclusively make gazpachos manchegos, creating the first factory dedicated to the production of gazpachos manchegos.

That was how EL PASTOR DE LA MANCHA was created. We are a family business dating back to the 1960s and specialising in the production of this prized product.

Simplifying the excellence of humble ingredients, this product, consisting simply of unleavened bread, traditionally eaten by shepherds in the past, is cooked to perfection resulting in a delicious, easy-to-digest bread cake.
